Children Ministry
Our children’s ministry seeks to show Jesus to the children of Nocona and their families. Sunday Mornings begins with breakfast, Bible study, and worship. On Wednesday Nights, as Truth Seekers we explore the Bible, pray, sing praises, play games, and learn to serve others through projects, such as Operation Christmas Child. VBS and other special events are included throughout the year.
For added convenience our van provides transportation.
Youth Ministry
“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.” 1 Peter 2:9-10
We are a student ministry that preaches the good news and teaches our students to live out the Gospel in their everyday lives. We meet on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights for fellowship and Bible Study. We also have fellowships throughout the year and go to camp together in the summer.
Adult Ministry
Bethel Baptists senior adult ministry is called “Keenagers.” We are a Social group for seniors (usually 60 and up). Our Keenagers ministry gives our members the chance to fellowship with members their own age.
We plan socials once a month. Sometimes it is a potluck and other times our committee prepares food that is more seasonally appropriate. Sometimes we simply get together to play games. It is important for Seniors to get out of their homes and fellowship.
